Additional Information

Tour Pricing: Price is per ski. Inclusive of up to 2 riders.
Language Requirement: Participants must understand English.
Age Requirements: Minimum passenger age is 7 years old. Minimum driver age is 16 years.
Fitness Level: An average level of fitness and confidence is required.
Weight Restrictions: Maximum of 2 people per jet ski or 200kg per jet ski.
Impaired Persons: Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Daily Operations: Poseidon Adventurers operate daily in most weather conditions.
Safety Briefing: Thorough safety briefing and demonstrations provided by qualified tour guides.
Gift Vouchers: Available for purchase.
Itinerary Changes: Management reserves the right to change the itinerary or times in extreme weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

Up to 48 hours before start: Cancel for a refund minus a 1.9% processing fee.
Up to 24 hours before start: Reschedule or convert to a gift voucher (valid 12 months).
Within 24 hours of start: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Weather related Cancellations:

If Poseidon Jet Ski Tours must cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we will first attempt to reschedule or provide a gift voucher.
If neither option is feasible, a full refund will be provided.
