Can I ride a Jet Ski without a license?
Yes! You don’t need a license to ride a Jet Ski with Poseidon Adventure. We provide a full briefing and basic training to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable ride.
What are the age restrictions?
To drive a Jet Ski with us, you must be at least 16 years old. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver on your behalf. Additionally, drivers under 18 cannot carry another passenger under 18; they may only ride solo or with a passenger aged 18 or older. Passengers must be 7 years or older.
How many riders can ride at one time?
A maximum of two riders can ride at one time. You can however take it in turns and swap halfway through.
Are there weight restrictions?
Yes. For safety reasons single riders may not exceed 130kg as they pose a risk to themselves and the staff at Poseidon Adventure, as we do not have the capabilities of rescuing someone of that size. There is also a combined weight limit of 200kg.
Do I have to book online?
Most definitely not. Although if you want to secure the time you like, we recommend booking online. Otherwise give us a call to check availability.
Are the tours on the website the only tours you offer?
No! If you have a group function (work, bucks, hens, Christmas, etc.) give us a call to see what packages we can do for you.
Do you need Jet Ski Experience?
No. Our expert guides and staff are here to give you a full safety briefing and demonstration to give you comfort and ease before setting of on your tour.
What happens if the weather is bad?
In case of poor weather, we may need to reschedule the tour or adjust the itinerary for safety reasons. Customers can choose to reschedule or receive a gift voucher valid for 12 months.
