What 'We Are' Doing For Accessibility
We are committed to providing an inclusive and thrilling experience for all guests, including those with disabilities. We think Jet Skiing, Snorkeling and fish feeding should be experienced by all. These are some ways that Poseidon makes it more accessible.
- Low or Poor Vision: Guests can ride with a guide or have their carer drive while they accompany.
- Amputees: We provide assistance for getting on and off the jet ski, with carers allowed to accompany.
- Mental Disabilities: Needs are assessed individually, with guides or carers available for support.
- Deaf or Hard of Hearing: Guides use visual signals and clear instructions, with carers welcome to join.
Safety and Inclusiveness: Safety is our top priority. Each guest’s ability to participate is assessed individually to ensure their well-being and the safety of others. We understand that disabilities come in a variety of forms this is not an exhaustive list.
